What’s Included in Well & Septic System Inspections?

• Inspect well tank for visible defects, leaks and overall condition of components.
• Confirm the type of pump the well is equipped with and location of bladder tank.
• Test pump under normal use (running faucets, shower, bathtub ect.) simultaneously to determine pump is cycling on and off correctly.
• Locate tank lids and if accessible open to inspect level of waste for pumping recommendations.
• Try to establish location of leech field and or sprinkler heads if possible.
